1. About BDS Holidays

BDS Holidays is a Government Registered MSME Travel Enterprise, founder-led, and supported by a trusted network of verified destination and ground partners.

2. Quote-Only Model

All pricing is provided by personalized quote only. No booking is confirmed until you’ve accepted a written quote and made the required payment.

3. Response Times

We aim for a tailored itinerary and quote usually within 2–3 hours, often much faster. We are reachable around the clock, though response times may occasionally vary as this is dedicated, hands-on service.

4. Visa & Travel Requirements

Visa requirements vary by destination and traveler, and are subject to change by government authorities. We provide guidance to the best of our knowledge but do not guarantee visa approval.

5. Payments

Collected directly and securely via verified bank transfer and official payment channels. Full terms confirmed in writing with your quote.

6. Service Guarantees

• On-Time Pickup: if your included transfer is late per the applicable guarantee terms, your transfer is free.
• Booking Confirmation: if your booking isn’t confirmed per the applicable guarantee terms, 100% of your payment is refunded.
• Missed Callback: a ₹150 voucher, one per trip.

7. Our Role

We act as your dedicated coordinator, working with a trusted destination and ground-partner network. Some services are ultimately fulfilled by third parties, subject to their own terms in addition to ours.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control — airline delays, government policy changes, natural events, or third-party failures outside our direct fulfilment.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version live at time of booking applies.
