What if my transfer doesn’t arrive on time?
If your included transfer does not arrive on time according to the applicable guarantee terms, your transfer is free.
What if my booking isn’t confirmed?
If your booking is not confirmed according to the applicable guarantee terms, 100% of your payment will be refunded.
What if I miss a scheduled callback?
