Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider. If no payment has been made on your behalf yet, your booking is fully refundable. Once a payment has been made to secure your flight, hotel, or visa, any amount recovered from the supplier will be refunded to you, minus applicable service charges.
