While we take responsibility for coordinating your trip and resolving issues that arise, BDS Holidays is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses directly caused by airlines, hotels, visa authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
